Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of StrategyAlgo.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

StrategyAlgo is operated from Indonesia. These terms apply to you wherever you are located.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for checking whether using automated trading tools is permitted where you live. We do not provide legal advice on that, and we cannot check it for you.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same person may be suspended.
• You must provide accurate information, including a TradingView username that genuinely belongs to you.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

A subscription gives you the right to request access to strategies on your own TradingView account, within the limits of your plan. It is a licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.

• You do not receive Pine Script source code. Access is granted as an invite-only script.
• Access is granted manually by a human, normally within 24 hours of your request.
• Access is tied to one TradingView username, which you may change at most once every 30 days.
• Source code is included only with Custom Development projects, and only after full payment.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Nothing is ever charged without you deciding to pay again.

• Renewing while your subscription is still active extends it from the existing expiry date, not from the payment date.
• When a subscription expires there is a grace period of 3 days during which access remains live. After that, access is revoked.
• Upgrading from Pro to Premium carries your remaining days across. Downgrading mid-period is not supported; it takes effect at your next renewal.
• We may change prices at any time. A price change applies to your next renewal, never retroactively to a payment already made.

All payments are made in USDT on the BEP20 or TRC20 networks. Every invoice states an exact amount including four decimal places, which we use to match your transfer.

• You must send the exact amount shown. Sending a different amount will delay or fail verification.
• Underpayment leaves the invoice open; you may send the difference with a second transaction.
• Overpayment is converted into additional subscription days on a pro-rata basis.
• Each transaction hash may be used once. Reusing a hash will be rejected.
• Invoices expire 24 hours after they are created.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to the wrong address, wrong network, or wrong amount cannot be undone by us.

Access is a personal licence. It exists so that you can run the strategy on your own charts.

• Do not resell, sublicense, share, or publish access, screenshots of the code, or derived versions.
• Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or reconstruct the logic for redistribution.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product.
• We may revoke access immediately, without refund, where these rules are broken.

Participation is open to members with an active paid subscription. Full mechanics are described on the Affiliate page and form part of these terms.

• Attribution happens only through a promo code entered at checkout. There is no cookie tracking.
• Commissions mature after a 7-day holding period and may then be withdrawn from a minimum of $50, or applied as credit to your own subscription.
• Self-referral is prohibited. So is paid search on our brand name, spam, impersonation, and misleading claims about results.
• We may cancel unmatured commissions and suspend participation where fraud or misleading promotion is identified.
• If an underlying payment is reversed or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is cancelled.

Nothing on StrategyAlgo.com is investment advice. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, or a fund manager. We do not manage money, and we do not take custody of your funds.

Backtested results are historical and hypothetical. They show how a set of rules behaved in conditions that have already happened. They are not a forecast and they are not a promise. Every strategy we publish has had losing periods, and those periods are shown.

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

The Service depends on platforms we do not control: TradingView, cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain networks, and payment verification providers. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or errors.

If TradingView changes how invite-only scripts work, we will adapt as best we can, but we cannot guarantee continuity of a third-party feature.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and failures of upstream providers can cause downtime. Access already granted on TradingView is unaffected by our website being offline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrategyAlgo is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, attempts fraud, abuses the affiliate programme, or is used unlawfully. Where a breach is serious, no refund is given.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Because subscriptions do not auto-renew, simply not renewing ends the relationship.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and shown on this page with a new version number and date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a right you cannot waive.
