Refund Policy

The short version: payments are final and we do not offer refunds. The longer version explains why, what we do fix at our own cost, and the one situation where you can still change your mind.

Last updated: 19 July 2026 Effective: 19 July 2026 Version 1.0

1.The rule

All payments to StrategyAlgo are final and non-refundable. This applies to marketplace subscriptions, Autotrade gas fees, and Custom Development projects.

We would rather state this plainly on every page than bury it and argue about it later.

2.Why

Two reasons, both structural rather than a matter of policy preference:

  • Crypto payments cannot be reversed. USDT transfers on BEP20 and TRC20 are one-way. There is no chargeback mechanism, no intermediary, and no way for us to pull a transaction back.
  • Delivery is immediate and irreversible. Once access is granted on your TradingView account, you have seen the strategy. It cannot be returned.

3.Your right to change your mind before delivery

If a consumer withdrawal right applies to you — for example under EU or UK law — you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right ends once delivery begins with your express consent.

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access granted immediately and that you understand this ends your withdrawal right. If you do not give that consent, we will hold your request for 14 days, and you may cancel for a full refund during that window. If you do give it, the purchase becomes final once we grant access.

4.What we fix at our own cost

These are not refunds — they are us correcting our own side:

  • Overpayment. If you send more than the invoice amount, the surplus is converted into additional subscription days on a pro-rata basis.
  • Duplicate payment. If you accidentally pay the same invoice twice, the second payment is credited as subscription time.
  • Access we never granted. If we fail to grant access within 7 days of an approved request and the fault is ours, you may choose a credit for the unused period or a refund of that portion.
  • Verification failures. If your transfer was correct and our verification failed, we activate the subscription manually at no cost to you.
  • Strategy withdrawn. If we remove a strategy you currently hold access to, you may swap it for another of the same tier, or receive credit for the remaining days.

5.What is not a reason for a refund

Stated plainly so that nobody is surprised:

  • The strategy did not perform the way you hoped. Backtests are disclosed in full before you buy, including drawdowns and losing periods, precisely so this decision can be made with open eyes.
  • You changed your mind after access was granted.
  • You did not use the access you paid for.
  • Your TradingView account was restricted, suspended, or deleted.
  • You sent funds to the wrong address, wrong network, or wrong amount. We can sometimes help trace it, but we cannot recover it.
  • You breached the terms and access was revoked.

6.Autotrade gas fees

Gas fees paid to join Autotrade are a profit-share arrangement with the developer and are non-refundable once paid, including any unused balance.

This is exactly why we publish the requirements, the minimums, and the risks before you pay. Ask every question you have first — we would rather answer questions for an hour than take money from someone who is unsure.

7.Custom Development projects

Development work is quoted, agreed in writing, and then built. Because the work is bespoke, payments are non-refundable once the build has started.

  • Before work begins, a project may be cancelled for a full refund.
  • Revisions included in your tier cover the logic agreed at the outset, not new features added later.
  • If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the portion not delivered.

8.Affiliate commissions

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, any commission generated by it is cancelled. If the commission has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from future earnings.

9.How to raise an issue

Contact us through the contact page with your invoice number and transaction hash. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If something on our side went wrong, say so plainly and we will fix it. We are far more interested in keeping a member than in winning an argument over one invoice.
